mix strawberries, bananas, kiwi, and oranges together, and add a little bite of apple juice or watter, and dont forget the ice!

A Cool Drink:
6 cups cold water
4 cups fresh orange juice (about 10 oranges)
1 cup fresh lime juice (about 6 limes)
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup grenadine
4 teaspoons orange-flower water (optional)
20 lime slices (optional)
Combine first 6 ingredients in a pitcher, stirring until sugar dissolves. Chill. Serve over ice; garnish with lime slices, if desired.
Yield: 10 servings (serving size: 1 cup)

Banana-Berry Smoothie:
Prep: 5 min. Freeze leftover fruit to use in shakes, smoothies, or any blended treat.
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
3 cups frozen strawberries
2 bananas, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup honey
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
Yield: Makes about 5 cups (serving size: 1 cup)

James and the Giant Peach (Apple) Smoothie(make four, 6-ounce servings)
Ingredients:
* 2 8-ounce carton low fat peach yogurt
* 1 6-ounce can frozen apple juice concentrate
* 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
* 4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Add each of the ingredients in the order listed to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.

Well, I’m not a mom, but I love smoothies.
My favorite would have to involve lemonade, lime juice, strawberries, raspberries, and a banana. I like to make them with all fruit.
