Sweet and sour sauce – 3 cup tomato sauce, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon soya sauce – boil until nice an saucey
or a nice non-alcoholic cocktail
equal quantity pineapple juice, coconut milk, a banana and a lime juiced – blend till smooth

Sure mix it with equal parts orange juice and cranberry juice, use half portion of above with half portion gingerale. Pour over ice, add a slug of vodka if desired.
Bell ringer punch… oj and pineapple juice, with gingerale…adding a small bottle of maraschino cherries and its juice. this is really good with a smack of amaretto in the glass!

I just whip it with yoghurt with the stick blender to make my own probiotic yoghurt drinks – that or lychee is our favourite flavour.

Makes a wonderful addition to most any fruit punch or add to orange juice for your breakfast juice. Also as an ingredient in salad dressings. Not good, however in jello.
